Job Description
Contribute towards project success by implementing, customizing and maintaining QAD-related functionality with standard QAD or (if justifiable) through developing customizations Experience of working closely with functional leaders at Operational Level. Can collaborate and work closely with QAD and/or other areas/teams. Train, Guide, mentor and collaborate with Jrs. get them onboard. Contribute in Business process change or optimization Ensure quality and documentation around the projects that get handed over to support 8 to 10yrs of overall experience with minimum of 8 years into programming and development on QAD (and Mfg/Pro). Hands-on experience with non-intrusive programming viz. ICT. Knowledge of skills like EDI, Qxtend, Excelerator, QRF, Maintenance, Inquiry, Browse etc is ideal. Min 3 yrs experience leading, mentoring, guiding the team. Exposure to integration projects. A broad range of QAD knowledge with decent know how about areas like Supply chain, Sales & Distribution, Finance. Hands-on experience with QAD Enterprise Edition (QAD EE). Hands-on experience with QAD EE development using tools like QRF Good knowledge of QAD product to configure/setup catering to business needs. An analytical approach to problem solving. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
