Role Overview:
We are actively seeking an experienced AML Technology Lead to join our team. In this
pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust
AML technology solutions.
Responsibilities:
● AML Technology Strategy:
o Develop and execute the organization’s AML technology strategy.
o Evaluate and recommend cutting-edge technologies to enhance AML
detection and prevention capabilities.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology initiatives with
business goals.

● System Implementation and Optimization:
o Lead the implementation and configuration of AML software solutions.
o Customize and fine-tune AML systems to meet specific organizational needs.
o Continuously optimize AML technology stack for efficiency and accuracy.
● Data Analytics and Machine Learning:
o Utilize data analytics and machine learning techniques to identify suspicious
patterns and anomalies.
o Design and implement predictive models for AML risk assessment.
● AML Software Development:
o Collaborate with developers to create and enhance AML software modules.
o Ensure seamless integration of AML solutions with existing systems.
● Risk Assessment and Compliance:
o Conduct risk assessments related to AML technology.
o Ensure compliance with AML regulations, including KYC (Know Your
Customer) and transaction monitoring.

● Training and Awareness:
o Educate staff on AML technology best practices.
o Foster a culture of AML awareness and vigilance.
● Reporting and Documentation:
o Generate regular reports on AML system performance and effectiveness.
o Maintain comprehensive documentation of AML technology processes and configurations.

Responsibilities

● Certifications (Preferred):
o CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist), ACAMS (Association
of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists), or other relevant
certifications.

● Skills:

o Proficiency in AML software implementation and configuration.
o Strong understanding of data analytics, machine learning, and big data
technologies.
o Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to AML.
● Experience:
o At least 5 years of hands-on experience in AML technology:AMLOCK.
o Proven track record of successful AML system implementations.
